TAA was designed to help you and our Technical Support department track down problems that you may encounter. TAA generates a list of everything that you have installed in your system. This includes INITs, cdevs, RDEVs, drivers and fonts. It will also list exact information about the type of system, memory, version numbers, and creation dates of other important system files.
The report that is generated is very detailed. Do not be concerned if you do not understand everything that the report is listing.
PLEASE NOTE: Do not send your TAA report to us unless one of our support representatives requests it for further diagnosis of your problems.
